It's been played on Radio 2 four times this week and now it's stuck in my head - Build me up, buttercup, by The Foundations
Altogether now .....
"Why do you build me up (build me up) buttercup, baby, just to let me down (let me down) and mess me around ..... "
Classic!

I did have a song from Pulp Fiction which I watched part of last night. The track Uma Thurman puts on when she is snorting that funny white stuff after her evening out with John Travolta. Something about .....you'll be a woman now..... But after reading the thread some of the tunes mentioned started popping into my head. Ah - the power of suggestion.

For some bizzarre reason, I have "Saddle up and ride your pony" stuck in my brain. It was a cheesy early 80's hit by some blonde fella with a perma-tan, but I can't remember his name.
I've always hated that song!

The theme tune from the cartoon version of 'Eighty Days Around the World' - the one where all the characters were animals. If I'm not careful, it'll probably be the theme from 'Dog Tanian and the Muska-Hounds' next!

It's from my (at the moment) favourite album "Best of 1990-2000". Inventive name, isn't it?
