Well, I can let you know that skipping jeans for flowing skirts has not reduced weight, but indeed improved image and Himselves perception of said weight! Trompe l'Oeil!

My confession? I remembered this this week and it made me chuckle. God I'm so sensible now!
We used to go up to the ZX Spectrums in the shops and type in a little program along the lines of:
10 Print "Loading Program: Asteroid Wars"
20 Randomize usr 1331
30 Goto 10
(Something like that)
That little program would have the effect of making it look as though the Spec was loading a game. This totally confused the poor sales staff - much to our amusement. First of all they would scamper over because it looked like some oik was trying to load a game. Then they would look to the cassette deck only to find that no tape was in the cassette player!
That's how we got our fun. The nastier kids would kill the Speccies by sticking a key down the printer port bit.
