There's a guy on the Canadian curling team named Randy Ferbie....or something to that effect...I just found that hilarious...and slightly...disturbing...
The only other ones I can think of off the top of my head are Neda Light (actual name) and Heywood Jablowme (pronounced "ja-blow-me"), which some guy gave as his name in a newspaper interview once...

Mistry is a good one, one of friends is a Mistry (how true, how true) and was most annoyed that his wife wouldn;t let him call their first child Chris
Teresa Green - took me a few minutes though, and the Anu finnish one, how unfotunate
I worked with a C Quinn, which was amusing when someone would phone up for Sequinn or Quinn C
