Mano Mistry - that *is* funny... In NZ, a rude term for Indians in the 1970s, was Curry Muncher. My brother and I were walking along the road and we saw a Milk Delivery Truck, driven by an *Indian* man. On the side of his truck was written the words... C. Manccha, Milk Vendor.(It's really true!)

In the 1980s, I worked in the credit card section of a bank, and a most unfortunate woman applied for a credit card - her name was Myfanwy G R... One of the guys wrote her name down on the authorisation form as My Fanny G R... Despite my *trying* to warn him, he insisted he knew better, so that's what her credit card said - My Fanny! She complained of course and the little s*d blamed me (as a Data Entry person)

Was it me or what? In the movie Castaway Tom Hanks' characters name was Chris Noland or something. Sure it began with a C anyway, but do you think his name was meant to be C. Noland..??

There is a truck on the other side of the road for a garden service. The sign gives the wonderful name Dietmar Puffpaff.
