What color is this: http://www.jcrew.com/catalog/product.jhtml?id=prod44638093&catId=cat50253
*I* say that the name thyme (in addition to it's physical color!) most definitely makes this GREEN!

ok.. the NAME would make it green.
It looks brown.
Colour analysis gives the following;
Red: 109
Green: 93
Blue: 70
It falls within the ORANGE part of the spectrum in a standard colour palette (360); and orange plus grey is.. BROWN.
hexwise, it's #6D5D46 (RGB)
brown.

it actually looks like a greenish brown, but probably a bit more brown than green...

That's cr*p, Njan! Orange plus grey is darker orange, not brown!

That looks to me like a very dark shade of olive green.

I've gotta go "brown". I'm afraid I don't see even a bit of green.

Maybe your monitors are configured differently, if njan is a designer his monitor is probably set up (like mine) to the warm side which would make it seem browner. It looks brown on mine, albeit on the greeny side of brown .
