Sticky darts.
I think cotton hankies went out of fashion when everybody decided that it maybe wasn't such a good idea to walk around with a pocket full of snot.

The Goodies. Why don't they ever repeat them for us normal people stuck with terrestrial TV?
Come to think of it, The Goodies might be one of those things you remember as being good as a kid, but are carp when you see them as an adult. A bit like Clash-of-the-Titans type films. I remember loving them as a kid but now they're a bit of a yawn.

There was a CD released in 1997 called "Yum Yum! The Very Best Of The Goodies" - all the classics are on it, "The Goodies Theme", "Funky Gibbon", "Black Pudding Bertha" and, er, others.

The LCD "Game & Watch" (oh so much fun!)
Tamagochis (probably spelt wrong, but you know, those virtual pets)
Fizzing Spacedust
"Clackers" (a toy consisting of 2 connected balls that could break your wrist)
Contemporary novels that have proper endings.
Oh, & Monkey Island still rules! "How appropriate, you fight like a cow!" Those insults never stop being funny.
