it is 1.43 AM, and I've not been to bed before 4 AM for the last month or so can't sleep, for the demons shall surely tear my flesh from the bone, and the world will continue to crumble, disentigrating into insanity should that unlikely set of affairs occur in the foreseeible

it is 11.29, half an hour to lunch, and I've only been up and out of bed a little over an hour, and, one cup of coffee and one cigerette later, I almost* feel normal (normal for me).
