Which thread that you have started has had the most postings? Alternatively, which has been the best, the one you're proud to have initiated.
My longest: "Love Islam, Hate America"
My best: "Bare Breasts?"

I'm not really here

My best was a journal simply titled 'bras'. I'm not sure if it's back from the moderation queue yet though. smiley - blue

My longest thread is I believe *THE* longest on h2g2 smiley - biggrin It is 'Questions Only' a game in my 'Whose Line is it Anyway a (not so) Temporary home' currently well over 16,000 posts long.

My favourite conversation I started was one entitled 'Can most burglars swim?' on this very page. It was about a leaflet I had about a canal being resurrected behind my back garden which claimed the canal would give me more security because 'Most burglars can't swim'. A point that both amused and cofused me.

16,000? - well that's certainly grown. smiley - wow

Thingism is happily trailing second place at 12,000 smiley - winkeye

I think my favourite thread, honestly, was the orignal h2g2 storytime started by a researcher called Knifee - I really enjoyed contributing to that. smiley - geek

I think my most sucsessful thread is the current Unlawful Combatants one.

Most of my threads start with me asking a question, followed by me refining the question a few days later after no one has taken it up, and then finally me answeringing a few weeks later after i found out elsewhere!

I have not started all that many threads here, but my favourite was the one called "Whatever Next....?" It called upon the wit, imagination and originality of the h2g2 researchers to complete an unfinished sentence. http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/F19585?thread=155887 Not many entries but quite entertaining. I even turned most of the best contributions into a Guide Entry at http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A671203

My most successful thread (alas a pre-Rupert one) was on what the name of this decade was going to be called, e.g. Noughties, Zeros, Oughties, etc..

As is apparent, nobody really yet knows. "This Decade" seems to be the agreed definition for the time being...
