This time last year I left a bag of xmas pressies I'd just bought on the bus. I was vcross for about four weeks afterwards. It was only stuff woth about 9 quid, but I had to go around all the same shops and re buy all the same stuff. dead embarressing.

My house, work and car keys. I was in central London, my car was in Barnet, my work in Bedford and my house was at home in Hertsfordshire.

nice to know you guys all have just as many problems as I do.
and no, I don;t like belgian chocolate. I can understand the atraction but not liking coffee or nuts the falvours are rather off putting. To me they taste like very very stale chocolate, like if you buy a bag of minstals or something similar and they turn out to be stale cos they've been in the shop for years

I've not left anything important myself, but a friend used to be a bus driver, and he told me that he's found numerous crutches and walking sticks and even once a false leg on his bus. 
He also once found some false teeth, but the favourite is apparently umbrellas.

My driving licence on a bus from Eccles to Worsley. It was found on the same bus in Stockport two days later and got posted back to me.
I didn't even realise I'd lost it until it arrived in the mail.

Mine and my fiance's birth certificates - i was taking them to the registrar's office to post the banns for our wedding - i think i should have taken that as a sign!

I realised recently that my life is incomplete without a leather trenchcoat, and I saw a girl on a bus once wearing a beautiful green one. I should have asked her where she got it. But being English and shy, I didn't.
