Oh, I use the euphamisms too...

The ones I use most in conversation are "sleep with" and - usually more accurately - "have sex with". But I have a special place in my heart for ones like "bonking" "boffing" and "getting your end away".

i used to keep my conkers in the dark for ages then put them in vinegar until they went rock hard. After that whenever i took them out to use in a fight they were unbeatable.

Now I know why that little "yikes" smiley in the corner looks so shocked. It amazes me that so many of these can be listed here, but a simple little four letter word that rhymes with muck gets moderated.

Just to let y'all know that I have started working on an entry. And surprisingly unpleasant they all look listed on the page.

Interesting at the moment how many are verbs, how many relate to food, and how many of those relate to pork or pig products. (Can some nice person tell me what 'baloney' is btw?)

What I would appreciate at some time is a note of where each of these things comes from: the UK, the US, SA, Oz, NZ, etc... But I will make some massive assumptions and post specific questions in your home spaces.

In the meantime, this is putting me off sex rather. Good job I'm single right now!

Bologna (aka baloney) is a meat product found in the US (possibly other places, too, but I wouldn't know about them). It comes in thin, round slices, and is similar to a hot dog, in that it is pretty much manufactured from all of the different animal parts that no one wanted. I couldn't tell you exactly what it is made of, as I don't know (and I don't think I want to). I believe it is mostly made of pork products, though (pork...has anyone mentioned that one?). As unpleasant as it sounds, though, it actually makes a pretty nice sandwich.
