But thank you thank you thank you! I'd been looking for one particular song for ages but couldn't find it - I didn't know who'd recorded it, and the title was in Irish Gaelic, so trying to trace it on the Internet... and I looked up that link to an Irish singer called Richie Kavanagh. i listened to the excruciating whole of the dutbinmen song, thinking "I've heard that voice and that style of music before." I looked in the sidebar on youTube and there it bloody well was. Ain Focal Eile. (It's a pun on what the Gaelic SOUNDS like in English. And it is quite funny.
