I think I'll do a repeat of the four home, one abroad selection pattern. This time we're moving to League One and Portugal for the games
Bradford v Luton
Chesterfield v Sheffield Wednesday
Colchester v Bristol City
Huddersfield v Blackpool
Boavista v Maritimo
All predictions to be in by 12noon on Saturday, 19th February.

According to BBC Football - http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/europe/portugal_results/fixtures/default.stm - Boavista v. Maritimo is being played this afternoon!

Ah, balls! I read the wrong fixture list
Ah-hmm, the 'revised' list for the forthcoming weekend is:
Bradford v Luton
Chesterfield v Sheffield Wednesday
Colchester v Bristol City
Huddersfield v Blackpool
Nacional v Braga
Actually, looking at it, that Portugese fixture is more intriging as it is a 'home' fixture.
I would have preferred to take a Maritimo fixture, but the one they've got at home that weekend against Beira Mar is a bit of a no brainer in the prediction stakes. What really interests me is the away effect on mainland teams having to fly all the way out to the island of Madeira to play the match

Hmm... I can see that my initial error has the potential to cause some problems this week
Time for a bit of subject line manipulation

GD, old chap, I genuinely hate to be the bearer of more bad news. But according to http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/europe/portugal_results/fixtures/default.stm , Nacional v Braga is a Friday evening game with a 7:15pm kick-off.

at least portugal is on GMT!
FF13 - Week Seven - B*ll*cks to Portugal, there are only FOUR games this week
GreyDesk Posted Feb 15, 2005
Oh bloody hell!
It certainly didn't say that the game was on Friday when I set it. I used that self same page to get the fixture details. The BBC have got their information late and wrong again.
Right sod it. There are only going to be four games this week. I'm dropping Portugal as an all around bad job

It's too late for that. Two folk have already made their predictions, and I can't very well tell them to come back here and predict something entirely new.
That said, non-League football will feature in future weeks.

Any chance of either a Gainsborough or Gloucester match, in that case?

Gainsborough is Conference North; I've spotted that. Which league is Gloucester in?

Southern League Premier?

Ormondroyd Posted Feb 15, 2005
Correct, Alex. Gloucester City are struggling in the Southern Premier. They're currently placed 16th, just below Rugby United, which is a particularly fine name for a team.
