Ormondroyd Posted Feb 18, 2005
The question I must ask myself is: 'Are my lot perverse enough to beat the Division One leaders in the first home game after the one in which they lost 1-4 to MK Dons?'
Here's my answer:
Bradford 2-1 Luton (Windass)
Chesterfield 1-1 Sheffield Wednesday (MacLean)
Colchester 1-0 Bristol City (Fagan)
Huddersfield 0-1 Blackpool (Parker)

Colchester 1-1 Bristol City (Lita)
Huddersfield 1-1 Blackpool (Becket)
Can't see it Ormy - particularly after you predicted Huddersfield (my genetic team) and Bristol City (local team when I was a lad) to lose!

I was sorely tempted to pick huddersfield, but blackpool seems in mighty form... in any case, 1-1 sprouty? there should be rivers of goals...
the only thing i ask myself is why the devil i didn't pick beckett. i didn't get where i am today by picking edwards to score!
