What lord mike stories actually still exist? I used to have a few but I lost them in the great system crash of 2003.

Lady Marian of the Terran Empire Posted Jul 31, 2003
There's no complete list, as far as I know. (Perhaps we ought to make one of those?) If Mike, Lance and Steven told you what they had, I think that would be the complete list between the three of them. Eerything I've got, someone else already has, but here it is anyhow, along with some I'm more or less sure of but don't actually have:
New Years Honours
Green Cat Contest
Law-d and Order
(Salmon Pagoda)
Attack of the Spoilers
Del Monte or Bust
(Steven Ford vs The Cybermen)
Intro of Madness
A Michael Mills Adventure?
Lord Mike - All Singing, All Dancing
Trials of an Enigmacist-in-Training
A Kipper Called Ken
Albino Royale (obviously)
And, of course, all the h2g2 ones.
Sadly, Improbable Plan: 100 is probably gone, as I didn't get to save it before it went off the Boards, and I don't think Mike did either... Did you Mike? If anyone has any info on this one, I'd like to know.
Hope that helped you a bit, Martin. I've been wondering about this myself.

I think STeven once said that all but some of the extremely early ones are still around but unfortunately the early ones might of been lost!

Oh, Mike, you've got 'Plan: 100'? Fantastic! I was worried.
Do you have Fjord by Fjord-West by any chance? - Marian

Mike Zigrosi Posted Aug 2, 2003
Sadly I do not have Fjord by Fjord-West, 'tis a crying shame as in many ways it was the resurrection of the Saga

Lady Marian of the Terran Empire Posted Aug 2, 2003
Pity about Fjord by Fjord-West. That was a good story. I think I can still reconstruct the TVM speech at the beginning though, which was one of the best bits of it.... But, oh, there were such a lot of good bits! :'(
Ah well.
Could you send me 'Improbable Plan: 100', if it's not too much trouble? I would rather like to have it, it's being the anniversary story and all. Speaking of which, the One-Year Mark is coming up, isn't it? Call for another celebration.
Do you, by any chance, have 'Twilight of the Mods'? I think it might be the first full-size Adventure I read from beginning to end. Isn't that the one where Lance turns into a duck?
And have you any idea which story it is, (one after Albino Royale) with a time-loop in the taxi again and you and Steven kept saying the same two lines over and over (Steven's being 'Righto!'), and then 'There was a Time disturbance' to quote the Narrator? It was also the Eighth Doctor splinter of you in that one, I believe.
Just asking. Thanks Mike.

That was Albino Royale wasn't it, although you did say, "after Albino Royale" didn't you? Hmmm, (How'd you like my Doctor impersonation, or it could be a Llance impersonation too.) I wonder.

>>Could you send me 'Improbable Plan: 100'<<
Yes
>>Speaking of which, the One-Year Mark is coming up, isn't it?<<
Yes, on the 26th August
>>Call for another celebration<<
Yes, but saddly I shall be on holiday! :'(
>>Do you, by any chance, have 'Twilight of the Mods'?<<
No
>>Isn't that the one where Lance turns into a duck?<<
I think so
>>And have you any idea which story it is, (one after Albino Royale) with a time-loop in the taxi again and you and Steven kept saying the same two lines over and over (Steven's being 'Righto!'), and then 'There was a Time disturbance' to quote the Narrator? Yes, that would be 'Children of the Resolution' (one of my favourite story titles) which concluded the trilogy of 'Attack of the Nasty People', 'Albino Royale' and 'Children of the Resolution'. The bad guys in it were the devious Mister Thompson and his sidekick Paris DeTotty and in it it was revealed that they may (or may not) be Steven's parents.
Hope my answers are of help

Oh, yes, your answers were a great help.
Got 'Plan: 100', thanks Mike. It really is a pretty good story...
Oh, no! You're going to be on holiday and miss the one-year anniversary of your own Saga? That's terrible! Should we start a story a bit early, or a bit late then? Hmmm.
I was fairly sure that it was 'Twilight of the Mods' where Lance became a duck. I remembered the name especially because I thought it was so clever. That, I believe, was why I clicked on it in the first place. Mostly you and Lance who wrote that one, I seem to remember. It was a very good story.
Oh, that was 'Children of the Resolution' then? Thanks, I couldn't remember for the life of me what that title was. Jolly good one. The title, I mean. Though the story, or what I read of it, was very good too. You don't have that one either then?
Thanks for the info, Mike -- I've been wondering about these things for months.

Bravo, Super! Your Doctor/Llance impersonation is improving!
I thought it was the rightly famous Albino Royale, when I heard it involved a taxi and a Time Loop, that I was thinking of -- until I read it, and the scene I specifically remembered wasn't there... That made me say, as you said, Hmmmm.

That was a jolly good 'Hmmm' my dear lady! Now, I must go and find that irritating monk he's always muddling things up.

I dont suppose any of the stories with me and my Board destructor plot still exist do they? Or the first time I became Emperor Martin?
Existing stories.
Nice-Dalek Posted Aug 4, 2003
Well sir that is an interesting point:
An Excerpt from Bigger than 30 Adventures in the Mills-Mobile:
Bill Smith:- An Archivist.
I walked into The h2g2 archives the other day wandered around and pulled free the very first Evil episode featuring Martin Penny as Emperor Martin. It was taped up and ready to be burnt to heat Troll towers across the wake.
So I grabbed it and the few others that I could find and made a mad dash for the door. I succeeded briefly but by the time I had escaped down the third flight of stairs I discovered that I had only the Board Civil War on me. Oh well, easy-come, easy go.
Right where's my cash?
Since we filmed that serial never to be shown on television we have discovered many rare dialogue splinters thought lost but restored to common usage in our tongue.

I've got Intro of Madness, but I'm not certain if that featured the Board Destructor or not. I can't actually remember when you first appeared as Emperor Martin so I couldn't rightly say.
