[Sharp]: "Okay. It will have to do. There are odd howlings at night sometimes... and other unearthly noises that come out of that area occasionally. He and I have to be able to get in, in order to restock the shed out there every so often when or if need be. Maybe you could build a house out near it... I don't know. I can sell you out that parcel of land eventually,- at some time, if you like it enough at that point. That would make you be a yeoman of it if you owned it, wouldn't it? We can discuss that later... perhaps later in the season, the following months."

: Or whenever. I'll let you do what you want with it after then. I think I want to have my character pocket some cash off of it in order to purchase a boat, for later when/if DM opens up a lake. Sound good? Hey Nerd42, how's that sound to you? Can a character trade or sell a piece of land that he or she comes in posession of to another, under special circumstances? Or would it be a headache to keep track of? What are your thoughts on this one? ...I'm curious.

: Ugh! Nevermind, looking back on this one, it makes my character sound too much of a greedy pig. Actually, you can pretty much build a place in this game where you want... for yourself to have your character live... or ask Nerd42 where. What was I thinking? Sheesh. *shakes his head & clears it*

Akak: I will refine the spell, and as for the housing situation, I'm no stranger to sleeping rough. It will suffice.

: Phew! *Relieved*
[Sharp]: "Well, alright. That is all fine and good. You er... what?"
*His monocle pops off and lands into his drink mug.*

"Oops. At least a cottage cabin, some sort of hovel or a tent,- it's dangerous out there. Well, I'll take your word for it then, as you say you've already got it covered."

*Then he gets an idea*
"You know, I've been thinking. You know what make the publicity of fireworks and stuff like that go up here, maybe? Maybe if there was like some sort of a shooting gallery. I don't know. We'd have to refine the game a little bit more... but well,- I'm not sure but I'd be willing to pay a good coin or so to go out and throw stuff or launch things at something. Eh..."

*fusses with getting his monocle out of the drink and then polishes it against his shirt several times while trying to wipe it dry*

[Sharp]: "I think I just forgot where I was at. No matter."
*empties the mug and pays the bartender a tip*

Wow, this whole game is now really busy - i guess it kind of depends on the school year - during the summer it's slow but during the school-related months everybody's on at once

Akak: I have a tent that I can adapt. I will use that.

[Sharp]: "Okay. I have a machine that might help you out later if you change your mind later. I think the bugs are almost worked out of the chopper now. There is this thing in one of the other countries that I had seen once... I think it was called a 'bicycle' or something like that. It would be short work to make a pedal-powered saw. I'd have to ask around though to find out more about a few of the parts. I have a whole ton of excess odds and ends left over from some of my other projects, and if you ever want to make something for yourself out there... then, hey- please feel free, alright?"

Akak: Thank you for the offer, but that sort of thing does not interest me. I do not have the right kind of mind.

[Sharp]: "Oh. I er,... see."
*Gestures with his hands a little, in a bit of an attempt at being apologetic*

"It is no matter. Did you find the shed yet? It probably has some things in it which you may find useful."

Akak: Yes, I found the shed.

[Sharp]: *Nods while sipping his tea*

Akak: Those small balls in there, what are they?

[Sharp]: *Raises an eyebrow*

*his mouth is full, so he makes kind of a }boom{ gesture*

Akak: Hmmm? Do ALL of them explode?

Akak: I meant, do any of them do anything apart from explode? Say, create a fog or something?

[Sharp]: *gulp*

"Well, um no... some of them do other things. Most of them do that though, yes."

Akak: What other things are in there?

[Sharp]: "There is a smoke-pellet in there too somewhere. Maybe there is a set of them. Or,- , well, I know I put a bag or two with flashpowder in the shed too as well... somewhere."

*Wishes he could remember where.*

Akak: Flashpowder? What is that?
