[Sharp]: "To tell you the truth Akak, the inventory list on the inside of the door lists some or most of them, but it probably doesn't quite list all of them. Especially since it has been a while since I last updated it."

[Sharp]: "Flashpowder is used sometimes by thieves and other people. It is for when you wish to make a bit of a quick distraction. You take a pinch or a handful of it... and then throw it down where you want a flash to go off. I'm pretty sure."

Akak: Most fascinating. I will consult the list.

[Sharp]: "Good luck then. I think there may be a quil attached to the door nearby it, and a small ink-bottle set on a shallow shelf very close to the door on one of the walls. You can add other things you notice or want to, onto that."

Akak: Fascinating. Most fascinating. *Looks around* Is it just me, or is it quiet here tonight?

[Sharp]: *Stares into the dregs of his now emptied teacup.*
"Yeah, kind of. If you see a ghostly-skull rolling around or getting lost/stuck in some things, that'd be old Herbert. He taught me most of the black magic I know a long-ish time ago. A blind ghost. Kind of strange."

*Shrugs*

Akak: In what way strange?

[Sharp]: "That a ghost might be blind in its old age, I guess. I don't know... quite really."

*Shrugs a little*

Akak: Hmm. It is unusual... however not unheared of. Perhaps it is similar to the 'headless' ghost? Although they do generally have a head, even though it might not be attached to their body...

[Sharp]: "Yep. Maybe. I wonder if that means there could be somewhere else where a headless skeleton could be seen wandering around... at night maybe?"

*Is not so sure*

Akak: I see no reason why not.

[Sharp]: "I've yet to run into the other apparition of his body. He got in a fight with a strong, very strong dark sorceror a long time ago, and apparently losing it had left him that way. That would mean there were at least two clumsy skeleton ghosts kicking around maybe. In regards to him anyway."

*Shrugs again*

[Sharp]: *bows his head a little, and drains his drink.*

Akak: *Surveying the newcomer* Good day, stranger. *Turns to Sharp.* Alas, I was not able to help the ghost as I had hoped. My power were not strong enough.

I am really having trouble keeping up with everything in my life right now. I will try and still be around but I will probably only be able to post about once a week.

*Thinks for a moment*
"...potatoes."
*gets an idea*

"I'll be back in just a moment."

*Gets what looks kind of like a barrel that has a few pipes sticking out of it at certain places.*

"A fryer. Needs some oil though. Hey Innkeeper, do you know how to make these things that are these crispy fried thin-wedges of potato? It still needs a name."

"Cheer up Akak, there are potatoes. Old Herbert once told me about a device for frying things, like this one."

*Shoves it down on the table where it creaks a bit but doesn't break.*

"Emburnum!"
*A small flame settles under the cooker part in the place for putting coals.*

"Innkeeper, in return for your hospitality I shall divulge a secret to you... one that few may know, about this sort of a process."

*Looks around the room.*
"Okay, few outside of this room anyway."
*Shrug*

*Gets the device going.*
The oil inside it is bubbling quite nicely after awhile.

what? did you just give the innkeeper an oil cooker or ... what just happened ? i'm not entirely understanding that last post.
