I am a Canadian , so my wonderful govt. medical system will find me a Dr.
I am having so much fun with guide ml it is true, almost evey day I have to try this or that.

Thx moose for the kind words, I'm just a hobby coder. With my good friends Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v I can get into alot of trouble.
I got some really good news to report. I have a new MS specialist Dr. ,first appt. oct 15th. My birthday ,so not likely to forget it. So I am going to have to find something else to worry about now...(walks into another room to think.)

Holiday postponed!

Right now I should be in Scotland, miles away from my computer - or anybody else's, for that matter. Instead, I'm at home and the holiday has been postponed until further notice. 
The reason I've put and not 
is that I understand and accept the reason for the postponement. (Is that a word? 
) Richard's dad has prostate cancer, which has metastasized (big word for this time of morning) into bone cancer. This is not uncommon and he went into hospital on Friday for radiotherapy. Unfortunately he reacted badly to the treatment and is still in hospital. Neither of us wants to go on holiday until Richard's dad is out of hospital, but it does mean we'll miss the annular eclipse on May 31st.
Anybody feel like lobbying for a smiley that's sadder than , but not as upset as ? 'Cos that's how I'm feeling right now.

Thanks for the 'smiley', Moose. I must have missed that one amongst all the others. You can be sure I'll remember it now!
On the plus side, Richard's dad is feeling better than he did, and should soon be transferred from Walsgrave in Coventry to the Alexandra in Redditch, which is much closer and easier for us to visit.
