Place: Hanover or Hamburg
Dates: September, October.
Place: Either suits me - there is a direct train line through Hannover to Hamburg from Mannheim. For those coming from abroad, I think Hamburg is more convenient, airport-wise. (Or even ferry-wise!)
Time: There will be one weekend in September I can't do - I think it's the 10th/11th. (I'm waiting for confirmation of this)

RIGHT! Let's get this show on the road! Preferably in Hamburg, which is easiest accesible for all
I suggest we all vote for ALL the dates we can meet. In two weeks (sunday june 5th) we will anounce the date with most votes
July is too early, many families will be on summer holidays. October is too late if we want to avoid cold and rainy weather
I would be willing to attend all saturdays in august and september

our school holidays are until the end of August so until then I'm out
and I have to hand my last essay in on 18th Oct
so I think
you'll have to count me out completely 
(I absolutely lurve Hamburg, it's my favourite German city)

So no excuses for you then Sho, essay or no essay. You can do the guiding. Our school holidays start very soon now and my husband has to be back at school by the beginning of August.

hot season at work I'm afraid
I also have a tuorial sometime on a Saturday in September, and the essay will take 2 weeks at least 
Don't forget, I'm only studying part time - I'm still doing my 12 hour shift at the saltmine...

I may have said so elsewhere, but I will be away the first three weekends in September. The rest of the time I don't know where I will be either, but more available.

I have had the weekend of 10th September confirmed, but that seems irrelevant now so many people are almost definitely otherwise engaged for the whole of the month..
Looks like October, but we have 2 weeks half term in October and my husband will want to take a holiday then (sometime during the first 2 weeks)
