Okay people
TC can't make it 10-11 September and the first 2 weeks of October
Toybox can't make it the first 3 weekends of September,
Mala can't make it the last weekend of September,
Hapi is busy September and October
Sho is busy until 18 October
22 October is definitely too late (as in cold) which leads me to the conclusion that we should try to meet in Hamburg on 27 August
any objections?

I don't think I'll be able to make it.
So, pls go ahead and make the plans without me. If I can possibly get there - wherever and whenever it is, I will be there. If at all possible.

I think I can make it (am hatching a plan which might materialising around that time which would mean I'm not in the country)
But I don't think 22 October would be too cold. Mind you, where I live is practically tropical in comparison to Hamburg.

Yo, TC, friend of my daughter will be visiting Mannheim middle/late july. Do you know any cheap transportation from Mannheim to Denmark - except hitchhiking

It says "Copenhagen 9 euros" so I hope she can find a cheap offer. The 98 Euros is the standard price. Otherwise, Mitfahrzentrale.de, or flight via Hahn to Stockholm with Ryanair. Sorry, they don't do Copenhagen, I don't think, but if it's price over comfort, that may well turn out to be the cheapest option.
