As far as certain other threads are concerened, I gotta' get my "jabs" where I can. I like the fact that we in the Southern US are considered bafoons. Most "intellectuals" make fools of themselves in their attempt to make fools of us.
The only trouble is, the only ones who see the foolishness are us "bafoons"....kinda' ironic I think!
Blasted shame about the "Chicks" though. They were darn good......well...at least two of them have future opportunities!

I'm really not sure how far from the bayou you are, but any friend of Charlie Daniels is a friend-o-mine. Y'see I don't mind the fiddlin', I loves the fiddlin', it's them damn 'Cajun concertinas what drives me to distraction.
If I had to live my life over again, it'd be in Savanah with Wild Turkey on the rocks, I swear.

LOL...Oddly enough, I've never seen "Easy Rider"(Uneasy Rider by CDB is my all-time favorite, though) Must confess...I LOVE "Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man"!.....Does that say something about me?...I HOPE not!
Sorry, not close enough to the bayou(central Alabama)....had a "coona**" girlfrind there once, though. GREAT place to visit...us alcaholics should NOT live there!!!LOL Never saw anywhere else that was 24/7 party! Shall I say I never had a hangover while I was visiting?....Ya' gotta' sober up to get a hangover!
By the way, Savanna ain't far enough south. I'll not be happy 'till I'm in a hut in Key West!!!!
