Rolling Rock Ranch is the hideaway for The Celery's Gang and can be found up in them tha hills just north of the town of Peta Gulch.

To get there just the old pony express road westwards out of town until the road takes a turn towards the North at the edge of the prairie. Go across the Tallgrass Prairie then traverse the Badlands, go through The Pass and head into Dead-End Canyon. Go down into the canyon past the bluffs and through the wooden gateway with the large RRR symbol branded into it, and at the far end of the canyon you'll see the ranch buildings.

The Rolling Rock Ranch composes a bunk house, pasture land, a barn, a corral, and the ranch house itself. Behind the ranch are some Pueblo Indian dwellings in a semi ruinous state.

The Bunkhouse

A Jello Cowboy resting outside the Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse is where the Jello Gang sleep at night (and in the day). It is place where gambling and drinking goes on between the webjello's and has questionable sanitation even by western standards.

Not a place for the fainthearted or for those with a keen sense of smell. Several webjello's are usually to be found in the Bunkhouse at any time.

The Barn

The barn is of traditional wooden construction although it has fallen into disrepair since the webjello's took over the ranch from the previous occupant (he's buried in an unmarked grave in the pasture).

In the barn can be found the favourite mounts of the Celery's Gang. All the horses have the distinctive RRR brand on their rears and are kept in their personal stalls together with their tack and riding gear.

In the upper floor of the barn are the stotage areas for straw, hay and fodder. The upper floor can be accessed by a ladder from the ground that reaches the upper floor by a trapdoor (which can be secured) or by a hoist that protrudes over the large front barn doors.

In the upper floor of the barn reside the large Apes that can be seen around the ranch from time to time. In their spare time they are fond of throwing banana's at the horses and swing from the hoist making loud screeching sounds that spook the cattle in the pasture.

The Corral

In the corral are tethered a few unbroken horses - these are flighty animals who have yet to be fully broken or trained. They are dangerous for inexperienced riders to mount and great care should be taken if attempting to ride one of these beasts.

The corral is also the place where the RRR brands are applied to the ranch livestock (including difficult webjello's on occasion).

All the branding implements are kept at the corral together with a furnace for heating the brands up. The furnace is presently alight and brands are in there heating up.

The Pasture

A bison

Several dozen head of Longhorn cattle can be seen in the pasture along with a particularly vicious bull. The cattle are wary and distrustful after several potshots were taken at them from the bunkhouse one night after a webjello whisky drinking binge. In with the cattle are a few mustangs captured by the webjello's.

All the cattle have the distinctive RRR brand on their rears. A small meandering creek cuts it's way through the centre of the pasture heading towards the distant Moxon Woods where it eventually becomes a raging torrent that is difficult to ford.

Careful observation of the pasture will also reveal the sight of several Gnu's mixed in with the Longhorns. These beasts have an H2G2 brand on their flanks rather than the ranch brand and have, more than likely, been acquired by the Jellos through rustling. There are also a dozen Bison mixed in with the cattle and the Gnu's.

The Ranch House

The Ranch House is where The Celery has quarters and where he spends most of his time plotting his revenge on H2G2. He can usually be found in the sitting room (where he planned the kidnapping of Asteroid Lil) meeting with his senior webjello lieutenants making diabolically fiendish plots and plotting what to do next to Asteroid Lil and the Salonista's.

In one corner of the sitting room is a large Grandfather Clock with an annoyingly loud tick-tock action. In another corner can be seen a KLAG III video game and copious notes. A wastebin adjacent to the game is overflowing with scribbled workings out and screwed up pieces of paper. It is evident that The Celery is frustrated by something to do with the game.

Also contained in the Ranch House is an Armoury, kitchens, and a strong room containing a safe which holds money and other valuables mostly taken (without permission) from local banks in the area.

The Ruins of the Pueblo Indians

Behind the ranch nestled up into and under the overhanging the cliffs are some ancient Indian pueblo dwellings in a semi ruinous state. Access to these ruins is by ladders and planks making it a formidable defensive position. There are rumoured to be some caves beneath the ruins.
