It's all very quite considering it is now less that week away...No comment about the trailer or anything.

I thought the trailer looked good, though it reminded me a lot of the episode last series where they're stuck in the ship.

What trailer?

Bright Blue Shorts

Found it over on the DW section of the BBC website.

I can see why it would remind of Midnight, partly for the bus and partly for the sound. It reminded me of a Stephen King story called "The Langoliers" but that's just me interpreting the trailer.

Wondering why they had to go all the way to Dubai for some sand? What's wrong with a quarry in Dorset or CGI ...

I've just been assumign that there would be one at Easter. Whenever it's on, it will be an event to build the day around for my flatmate and I.

Any firm data on when this will be shown?

And isn't the Torchwood mini-season supposed to be coming round soon?

I just hope the Who special isn't on at the same time as the new Red Dwarf. Mind you, I still have a working VHS recorder and no chance of my wife giving birth so I'll quit while I'm ahead.

Surely that's what iPlayer is for?

If there's a clash, I can always catch the birth later...

No, Red Dwarf and Dr Who don't clash

The first new Red Dwarf is on Friday, at 9 PM. They should only clash if the Red Dwarfs are screning on successive days (don't think so, but could be) and change time after the first (less likely).
My problem is going to be sprinting out of the house after Who to get to Easter Vigil mass at 8 PM.

The Red Dwarf's are on Fri, Sat and Sun on Dave at 9pm on all three nights

Crud. Well, never mind. At least it's on Dave, so I can be pretty sure it will be repeated soon.
