I know you did, I'm just complaining about other books completely disregarding it.
There's 29 novels, 3 kids novels, 2 (soon three) sciences and 1 fable
or
35 /stories/ ignoring of course the Mapp etc.'s fictual fact.
Why do they have to make it so complicated? I'd think 30 novels would be significant of a banner like The Truth's "25th Discworld Novel"

I blame the Americans. Obviously they couldn't handle the whole 29:3:1 situation that we use and clumped them all together to make 33.
