Possibly because the 'specialness' of the thing has worn off. The first episode was very special, because it was the first for over 20 years. The second ep was special, because the plot gets going, and the Krikket robots turn up. The third ep is, well, the third ep. What can you say?

Nice to hear Douglas at the end of the ep, though we were expecting him.

I was amused to hear the way that they dealt with "The Award for the Most Gratuitious use of the Word *crash* in a Serious Screenplay".

I had wondered whether they would change the offending word into 'Belgium', but I think the crashing sound works better, and ties into the Krikket robots attacking the party, too.
