In fact, it would make a good running gag to have a hootoo meetup in the background of every social occasion and drinking event - when Arthur meets Trillian, the Physicists' party, the meal at Magrathea... 
I hope Auntie Beeb is prepared to pay Disney for a little "product placement"...

I like the idea of a hootoo meet in the background, it'd be cool. To say that a few strings might need to be pulled might be a bit of an understatement though.
