Is BOXHOLDER one on the tags for non-edited entries only? If so they may be trying to phase it out.

Yes it is, so maybe you're right. It's a shame though, because it looks very nice in Goo!

And they look good in Brunel too! Excellent!

No doubt they look awful in Alabaster, since everything else does too...

They'll have to be won't they? Doesn't the conversation parser add the smileys as it reads them?

You can call me TC

That'll make a lot of postings look as though they don't make sense.

Oh I bet they are...

And smileys look bad in Alabaster not because they're different to Brunel or Hub or 360 (which they aren't), but because of the page borders.

I too prefer dark backgrounds and light text, but despite this I am still using Brunel - its the way my conversations appear at the top of my page, whereas everyone elses are at the bottom - no more do I have to scroll all the way through my deliberately small user space to check my messages and journals... I might even get round to changing my user space a bit now.....

I suggest a vote - All for the new functionality of Brunel to be implemented (eventually, I know how long it may take, what with that "To-Do list" smiley - winkeye) on Goo and Alsmiley - bleepr... Say "I" smiley - smiley

I actually like the Smiley Palette in Brunel - It's cool - It'd help out newbies a lot I think too - Also - It'll not confuse them when welcome them as an ace, Abi smiley - winkeyesmiley - winkeye

"If you post to a conversation on h2g2, you`ll see a smiley palette - but it only shows up if you're using brunel Alternatively visit the <./>smiley</.> page..."

Could get a little confusing, see smiley - winkeye
