What can you say. Sometimes things that happen in this world of ours occur without reason. Without a concrete reason, it makes the process of understanding that much harder.

The events in New York on September 11 2001 will change the world forever, make no mistake, this was a premeditated act of evil and only people with the darkest of thoughts could even contemplate, let alone carry out, such an insane course of action.

My prayers are with not just the families that have lost a loved one but the for all those who wish for stability to remain. I will pray for you all.

My message is simple, good MUST trimuph over evil. As in the book of Revelation, the final battle of good versus evil has begun.

Peace to the entire world.

John the gardener says, "Free Tibet!"

My deepest sympathies to the enormous number of innocents who have lost family members and friends in the terrible events of September 11. My sympathies to all who awoke yesterday having lost the world of peace and security, taken so much for granted.

I would like to express my deepest feelings of sympathy for all those brave soles who did no harm to deserve what happened on Tuesday 11th of September 2001 and to their families and loved ones.

As a Muslim and an Arab I would like say that whoever did this doesn't have anything in common with any humanbeing, let alone a Muslim or an Arab.

At this moment of tragedy I pray to God that the people in the decision making do not rush to kill innocent people in retliation.

I hope from God that we will never see a day like this again.

GHASAN W. SHAMSAN. A Yemeni student in the UK.
