I'm afraid so my precious darling. I want you to stay with me at all times, Lizzie.
Mr Martins is not well, and perhaps Mr Lorenzen is not well too, Mr Volkert is finding out just now. We have to stay together, Lizzie.
Promise me you will stay with me and not go away with anyone, unless I ask Mr Goodschad to look after you.
