I have to say that you look as if a sea cruise will do you good sir- Private patients can take advantage of the superior facilities on board.
I should warn you not to drink anything dished out by the one or two of the pirates at the moment, they are trying a game of poison roulette.
and don't let them send you unaccompanied down to the holds...they have some really strange pets down there.

And seems only interested in getting his hair stylists qualifications than being my real nurse.
