I looked it up and this is what I found.

bosun n : a petty officer on a merchant ship who controls the work of other seamen [syn: boatswain, bos'n, bo's'n, bo'sun]

I don't know if we can give you that job...and what does that have to do with cooking? You'll just have to wait for the captain's consent. Sorry.

A bosun is the cheif cook on a ship. Er, I'm pretty sure that's it. Oh and I can't find the kitchen.

Floh, you don't know how sad I am for not being able to be here more these days because I am too busy in another dimension (which also makes me sad by the way - so I'm really double-sad ).

I'm delighted however that my crew is able to take care of things while I'm away

Light, I'll definitley try to be in the lighthouse bar some time monday afternoon! And as for guests and passengers they are always welcome to beam on and off the ship (or up and down or whatever) even if we are now at sea, bound for Xmas Island.

Sorry, had to make two postings as my machine here is a little unstable atm (typical, isn't it, now that I finally have a little time to "be here" )

Now then: We can *never* have too many cooks. In my experience not two cooks cook the same. And I like that! There already someone in the galley cooking curries and other oriental deli's and it smells *really* good. What kind of cooking do *you* prefer, Cookie and Bart? Just tell me here - and for Gods sake: Get started!

Superfly, maybe you could ask Alec Trician if he is so busy by now that he could spare somw w*rk for you?

Devil Man, Yossarian Prefect is the assigned chief cannonneer, but I'm sure you could lend a hand. And a swordsman we can always use.
