I'll bring some up. We have asparagus pie, rutabaga waffles, and henways.

The best puns are the ones that you don't detect at first. Later, it suddenly dawns on you that that seemingly innocuous statement was a pun.

*returns from a nocturnal raid to a few bars*
i'm afraid the streets are not safe at night, so we'll wait with raiding the brewery till sunday morning. wait for the signal.

Can we dig a canal to the brewery, so we won't have to take the streets? Somehow, there's something intimidating about a pirate ship that sails right up to a brewery or bar. There are very few sould hardy enough to withstand that.

shagbark Posted Sep 18, 2009
Actually this ship doesn't need water. We can sail through the air a couple feet above the surface if we need to.

Then the street danger issue doesn't need to come up. :-0

er, one thing is disguising the ship in a SEP field, but if we freemantle all the from the brewery we probably will be seen
that's why i suggest we wait till everybody is in church sunday morning
those who are not in church will be sleeping it off - the rest should be no match

That's a very good plan, Pierce. It's just that Saturday is Talk like a pirate day, so everybody will sound like us, and we can go about our freemantling without being detected.
But you're the boss, and you're a good one.

Arrgh mateys this be International Talk like a pirate day.
However it is not 'Dress like a Pirate Day' so we would still stick out at the brewery. Sunday however I expect I will be sleeping it off.
Good Luck with your raid tommorrow.

The tourists are always doing odd things here, so don't you worry Captain Sire!
For anyone who has read, or attempted to read Joyce's "Ulysses"
