Yes, he is. His given name is Hoppy, and he was a beany Baby.
I adopted him in Pennsylvania.

Beany Babies are stuffed toys. At one time, they were colossally popular, and could fetch outrageously high prices from people gullible enough to pay them. Fluffy Pink Rabbit is one of my dearest friends. He has also met a few other H2G2 researchers in person, including Mr. Christopher, Lady Scott, and Amy Pawloski.
But he is a stuffed toy, after all, and there are limitations that come with that.

That sounds a good plan Sir. I would like to try some fishing.

When Shagbark wakes up perhaps he would join me in that old rowing boat?

FPR thinks that because lifesavers are a form of candy, the other elements of a fishing trip are candy, too. So, his fishing pole is a candy cane, his tackle box is a gingerbread house, and his anchor is a very large and heavy jawbreaker.

As long as his rowing boat is made of wood, not sugar or gingerbread, he should be safe enough. And you never know what fish like to eat.
C'mon FPR me old matey! Let's fish!!

Sorry Captain - but the Rabbit is coming with me to fish, NOT to to be the bait. We will row out onto the loch and discuss important philosophical questions such as 'which carrots make the best cakes' and 'was the lettuce to blame in the Tale of Peter Rabbit'
I think he'd better wear one of those things that make him invisible though - else we might get nabbed by the locals. I shall just wear my fishing hat, instead of the spotty headscarf.

Fluffy Pink Rabbit. (Remember that polyester has feelings, too) Posted Jul 13, 2009
I've researched the different kinds of fish, and I'm pretty sure that the ones in these waters do not eat rabbits. But they might go for gummy worms.
