Have some Erg, 3 hours of backlog has given me a headache. Must log off soon.
Oh, the drumming was fantastic on Saturday. Met someone who seemed earily familiar though. Musical, particularly into drumming. Long, ginger, curly hair in a pony tail. Beard. Were you aware you had a doppelganger?

LIke there is one guy called will who hangs out in edinburgh sometimes - he freaked my sister out last year by being around sometimes and making her thinkg briefly that I was back from Germany and in Edinburgh for no particular reason....
..seems tragic that so many people should share my image....

yes! My maths is little more than rudimentary......!
And the last three or four times I've looked at that thread I've been totally stumped.......
Haven't a clue how to calculate 4! or whatever it was - see, there's no special button for it on my calculator!
......though if you tell me, I might have a go!

I'm going away for a seaside holiday with my parents next week. They're renting a flat in Lytham St Annes, and have invited me to stay with them. I've happily accepted the offer, and I plan to indulge my inner big kid by going on all the white-knuckle rides on Blackpool Pleasure Beach!
I mention this mainly because I have one great concern about the week: I fear that I might not be able to find any public Internet access, and thus might miss out on a whole week of h2g2 and lose ground in the h2g2 Fantasy Football League! However, I have looked into possible solutions to the problem, and am hopeful that Lytham Central Library may provide salvation.
I'm so glad that I can come here and share these things with you fellow addicts. Some other, so-called 'normal' people just wouldn't understand...

You have my deepest sympathy... a week away from h2g2 can be pretty hard, even with the pleasure beach to distract you...
Maybe you should try exchanging phone numbers with a fellow fantasy footie person, just in case you don'y find someplace....
