Kewi- Bringer of Spare Socks.
The Thingite cause is a truly worth-while one... and i am thankful that there are people out there who 1) dislike the day soon to be formely known as "Thursday" as much as i do and 2) still enjoy the benefits of sporks.

I mean I'd like to join, but I had a traumatic experience with a spork once and I mean, I've never really gotten over it. Well suffice it to say it involved a spork, a pancake turner, some staples and an elephant. (shudder) Ever since, I've never been able to look at a spork without experiencing horrible flashbacks set to the music of "Boney M".
Perhaps I could be an "honorary Thingite", you know, no sporks, just the occassional paper napkin. What do you think?

Titanium War Sporks are indeed a weapon to be handled with great care.
Something less pointy for you I think. Spoons, maybe.
All that is required to be a Thingite is the dedication of the True Believer to the Cause of re-naming the days of the week.
Speaking of which....

Kewi- Bringer of Spare Socks, hereby proclaim'ed
*bangs gabble*
Welcome to Clan Thing!
I should offer you a spork right about now but I see you've got a box of 'em right there, so there's really no need.
If you'd like to join us over in the "no, no, no" thread (or N3 for short, however, there is nothing short about N3 - it's the largest forum on h2g2!) the madness usualy begins there. Truth be told it's a bit quiet in there at the moment - maybe what the troops need is reinvigorating with a new batch of spork-related items and paraphenalia.
Clive.
