Not just A Silly Walk, but the entire department of Silly Walk. There's defense, healthcare, education and then Silly Walk. I will be your minister, and would like to uphold the Silly Walkness of this fine establishment.
You see, we have Minister's of Defence, and occasional offence,
Ministers of Education
Minister of Silly Walk.
As you can tell, I'm cleverly adept at goose-stepping.

I too can feel the tears pricking at my eyeball! Or it might be the prospect of a major piece of pedantry welling up - I don't usually like to be too critical of new recruits, but I did give a hint earlier and the opportunity was passed up. Surely, surely, surely it should be the Ministry of Silly Walks? Plural. More than one silly walk, ministry is for all of them.
