Indeed it would. Been an ACE myself now for almost 2 years. I find I don't *always* have time, but I love it when I do.

I will have alot of time to do ACE type duties.
There is one thing im a bit concerned about though.
You know how there are people on this site that access h2g2 through an email link on Telewest Digital TV... well ,im one of those.
Do you need to be on a PC to be an ACE?

Not at all. I know there's a lot of people here who use Digital TV's - the more ACEs who know how to work the site through one of them, the better. (Those of us who use PCs are totally clueless when a question about that does come up).

As, i know all the wee mad things to do to make sre the digibox does not reset itself, and just all these mad things to make sure people have an easier time on the site.
And i know this site very well, ive been coming on here (on and off) for nearly two years. So, im pretty experienced on here.
Im currently trying to get a whole load of my mates from a site called LeisureDistrict to come on here. Cause this isite is really cool

Ive regitered about 5 times in the last 2 years, yeah.
Ive had to, because i kept forgetting my username, and, even though i clicked on the "always remember me on this computer" tick, after ive failed to come online for a couple of months, it throws me off. So, then i have to create a new username.

You could have emailed one of the italics to find out your user name and password.

The Trops have caught this one but I still feel an incessent urge to meet and great. (I was once an ACE to you see.)

um. okay, I was in a bit of a mood yesterday, a case of the Rampaging Hormones, y'know just One Of Those Days. - but today the guage has swug the other way and I'm am cooler than the other side of the pillow.

Glad to hear it dude. My moods tends to change more than the weather.... but, im probably manic depressive, so its hardly surprising lol
