Not my real name... came out of a project I did with my three best friends, Ellen, Alison, and Beth. Well. All their names can be shortened to something that ends with an "i" sound - Ellie, Ali, Bethie. Mine couldn't be made to do so - so we changed Amanda into Amy. Which worked. And thus the "Eyes" and "Amy" were born.
