I've got a few jars of this - http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/8257/sweet-chilli-jam . It's wicked, especially with a good cheddar. Even better if you put it on these - http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/8380/parmesan-biscuits.aspx and then put a piece of cheese on top .
