Unlesss you were bellyflopping onto concrete I doubt it was your fault at all mel! You're just going through a rough time, take some space for yourself if you need and relax. Or distract yourself by working or something else. Just don't blame yourself.

Listen to me: It isn't your fault, it wasn't ever you fault, and it won't be your fault. You need to stop thinking that way.

Yeah, I've not much idea what to say, because I actually can't imagine how awful that would be. Life must be pretty horrible for you at the minute, but just take it one day at a time. It was not your fault at all and it couldn't possibly be. And just remember we're all here for you to unload on.
I'm praying for ya.

And Always look on the bright side of life always look on the bright side of life . If you're feeling in the dumps don't be a silly chump, just purse your lips and whistle that's the thing, and always look on the bright side of life, come on, *in chorus* always look on the light side of life . *solo* Life is quite absurded and death's the final word, you must always face the curtain with a bow, and *in chorus* always look on the bright side of death , just before you draw your terminal breath . *solo* Life's a piece of shit when you look at it, life's a laugh and death's a joke it's true, life is quite a show, keep them laughing as they go, just remember that the laugh is on you, and *chorus* always look on the bright side of life, *solo* cheer up Mel, *chorus* always look on the light side of life, *solo* worse stuff happens at sea you know...

Mel...heaps of and
I've always resorted to pure bloody-mindedness as my base "raisons de vivre"...stay on track to spite the potholes...live as a celebration of your little one's short sweet life...
