Well, the laws of causality dictate that things happen and that, eventually, they stop happening. Times moves forwards at a rate that's consistant with the galaxy or megagalaxy you're in. In the PIIB HQ we have a Dynamic Temporal Core wrapped in a Chronosteen shell which means that time in the building runs at whatever rate we wish it to and, if we wish, makes time repeat itself, preventing out parties from ever ending or our guests ever getting tired or hungover.
