I have to admit I didn't realise penguins were living things I thought there were animatronics designed to make people laugh at how evolution might go wrong. A bit like platypusses.

Does look a little like a cyborg though. I mean, there's been some major advances recently, maybe these were the prototypes? Perhaps they got out and bred in the wild?
