What is it with monks and brewing 'things'? There appears to be a large number of monasteries partaking in the flogging off of beverages to the public. It can't all be for holy communion, can it? (I once visited a monastery that brewed some sort of herbal wine and bought some - it wasn't very nice, but it was supposed to be therapeutic! )
