Titanic Stout

Titanic brew a number of ales (I think in Stoke), but it was the stout that entertained me on Friday night. Bitter and chocolatey with a much looser and less lively head then stouts like Guinness it was (I think - I had several) about 4.5%. I thought this was a really distinctive pint. 
Now I've found this page I hope to become a regular contributor. " have to go to the pub, dear, I'm doing research for the Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy"

Titanic beers are superb, can be tricky in a cellar though, and too often landlords rush them. 
Darn good brews though

Yup - more good pints get spoilt by a careless landlord than anything.
Fortunately Martin in the Rose and Crown takes pride in his craft.
