Gwennie, You can just call me Goof. I'd love another tequila.
*looks at pooches*
If they're part Labrador ,what's the other part? Something else lively by the look of it.

One of my very best friends had an Austrian mother. I used to visit them in Grafenstein, not far from Klagenfurt...

what's it like there? I do know some places in Österreich, but I've never been in the Klagenfurt area.
Can you suggest any local drinks from there

Hmm, Käsewurst... Yes, I know this: it's a normal Wurst(=sausage), filled up with little Käse (=cheese)-pieces, eh?
*Hands Titanis some Käsewurst, together with fresh German rye bread*
Do you want some butter, Titania?
Gwennie, you want a Tequilla?
*Kasia purs two Tequillas for Gwennie and Goof and hands them over*
Hi, Ringo, I'm happy, you find your way! Well, of course I have a Paulaner Weissbier!
*Kasia purs a Weissbier in a tall, special Weissbier-glas and a Tallisker for Ringo*
They are on the way, Ringo.

Klagenfurt is in the south of Österreich. Drinks? Well, I can't think of anything special, except in the area close to ex-Yugoslavisn boarder... 'Slivowitz' - plum schnapps.

As for Klagenfurt: there is a literary contest every year. It's called Ingeborg-Bachman-Preis. Ingeborg Bachman was a very famous Austrian writer; I like her 'Malina' novel very much. Every year new authors are reading non published writings in public. There is a jury, where well known German, Austrian and Switzerland writers and critics are listening to the writings and commenting them right after their finished. For example Marcel Reich-Ranicki, a famous literary-critic and an enfant terrible is there and he could be quite rude to this writers. Long time ago I was joining this contest - as a spectator, of course. It was a very interesting experience.
Klagenfurt is quite a nice place and the city has fantastic restaurants. There was a restaurant, where only pasta was served, but not only the Italian one, also dumplings of different kind. My fav were 'Marillenknödel', that means apricot dumplings with a warm vanilla sauce. Mhmm, yummy!
As a matter of fact, methinks, we will serve them also here.
Waht do you all think about this?

'Marillenknödel'? Sounds interesting, wouldn't mind trying that. Oh! And maybe home-made Leberknödelsuppe? And Gulasch Hungarian style?
Oops! Got to go, it's now VERY late Swedish time (very early Sunday morning...)
Good night all!

Not a bad idea, Titania.
Okay, folks, it's getting late (an early Sunday morning also in Poland).
Feel free to check the bar for drinks (but no mess left, please )
G'night

~stumbles back up from the cellar with Titania's Champagne~
I told you it would take me 9 hours to find it!
~looks around the pub~
Looks like it was busy in here while I was gone. Sorry I left all the work to you Kasia, I think Saturday nights are going to be hard for me to cover.

*the door opens, a long, dark haired lady sticks her head in*
"Oh, there you are Gwennie! I was unable to keep up with the dogs pulling you so fast! My skirt is too short & tight to run in!
What a lovely pub!" *bellies up to the bar* "Hello may I have
a nice blackberry wine & a dish of crab cakes? No, hurry, I'll be over there in that big cushy chair next to Gwennie." *glad she left
Belle home, wouldn't want to embarress Gweenie with such a well trained blue doberman* "Hi, Gwennie, what was your dog doing to that fellow's leg as I walked in?!? Sheesh! You really must let me have them for a day of training! Belle's never done that to anyone! HA!" *whispers, is there a dress code in here?*

G'morning folks,
a little bit quiet ATM, oh well it's Sunday.
Welcome Pandora, nice to see you here. Wow, what beautiful hair you've got!
*Kasia goes to the kitchen, searches after the crab cakes and prepares a quick breakfast for herself*
Here, Pandora - a Y of blackberry wine and crab cakes.
*Kasia sits near by Pandora and Gwennie, sighs with relief and starts to eat her breakfast*
Oh, I'm so happy, because we are at the front page as one of the busiest forums. Well, I know, it's Sunday morning, so it doesn't count much, but we are there, and this after the first evening!
