Not a bad day as such, I did manage to break for lunch (at 4:30!!!) and have a very nice Vegetable Fajita and some Mexican beer before returning for my afternoon of work. Finally finished at about 7:15. Bloody customers! always messing me around, Especially if they've got other contractors in too.

Monday doesn't seem as bad now

My dad did some work on my car, and it starts better now. Then I went round to my friend's house and he let J play with his model robots. What a sweetie. Then my other mate rang him, and called me a dopey tart. Charming.

*the door opens & Pandora glides, gracefully toward the bar*
"Hello! I say, I owe a few people favors & I was wondeing if I gave the pub fifty thousand dollars if you would give these folks whatever they want, on the house & then let me know when you need more cash? *hands over a list: Gwennie, Mari-rea, Greebo,
Amy the Ant, Coely & of course myself* "If I'm forgetting anyone, I'll let you know."

"I would also like a nice brunch. One grilled cheese sandwhich, with American cheese & a side of grape jelly. Along with a pot of tea. Here's my Grandmother's list of how to make a good pot!"
*List: tea, lemon, dash of grape juice & fresh sprig of pepperment & sugar to taste* "That was a long gaurded family secrect, but I have no secrets here!" *Pan goes over to find her favorite (already) chair awaiting her by the fire place* "I'll just be here, let me know when my order's ready. I'll come get it."

*Able to sniff free drinkies from miles off, Gwennie dives in through the door and skids to a halt at the bar, not even out of breath from the dash from her cottage*

I'll have some tea to start with please!

*Looks round for bar staff* Hello?

*Sighs and joins Pandora in a comfy chair by the fire place where she finds Dr. Goof's book and picks it up*

Hi Pandora! Shall we see what Goof has been burrying his nose in?

~pops up from behind the bar~

~Makes the tea exactly how Pandora's Grandmother used to make it and takes it over to Gwennie and Pandora by the fire~
Good morning to you both. I used the peppermint from my garden, and I didn't put the sugar in as I don't know your taste. I don't do cooking, but I am sure someone will turn up later and feed you.

~puts £50,000 in the till to give to Kasia later~

*Sips her tea, returns Goof's book to the table and gazes into the flames of the fire whilst wishing for a nice young man to massage her aching feet*

We don't supply nice young men, but if you like, when you've finished your tea we can go and find one? One each that is.

And where do you propose we go in search of nice young men first?

*Regards Pandora who appears to be sleeping off a hang over with her head lolling on one side and has saliva dribbling from the corner of her mouth*

Finally I can get back in here. I'm not sure where we go to find nice young men, I normally only find bad boys.

*Enters looking a bit flustered *

Afternoon all - what a super pub.

As its lunchtime can I have a large G&T please and the plowman's lunch.

I'm not too good with food, hope this is ok. How's the library doing?

*Gingerly lifts a piece of lettuce from Lipsbury's ploughman's lunch and starts to nibble on it*

How could I be nervous of such charming people - but you do raise a very good point I have been remiss in my custodionship of the library and must make amends
