Hmmm, that's odd. They're right in front of the entrance, but they've stopped moving. Have we any lookouts on the battlements?

I've sent a few imps there, they're good at being unobtrusive.

*CYBERHUMAN calls up to the imps in a loud, booming voice that echoes all around the HQ*

Imps! Provoke the enemy army for us with a few insults and taunts. We need them to come inside!

No need to shout, we have tins on strings!

OK, nothing left to do but wait!

*loosens the sword in its sheath and checks power on laser gun*

*CYBERHUMAN scans ahead again, but there are no signs of movement*

*takes disguise spell off tree trunk so the gate is visible*

*CYBERHUMAN keeps a constant visual scan of the enemy's movements*

*CYBERHUMAN looks puzzled*

They're waiting for something, but what?

Their leader? Scan for the seven-year-old!

*CYBERHUMAN scans again for the seven year-old*

There's a small child on the far edge of the forest, not too far from this HQ, flanked by two robots, but there's no movement from the child or the two bodyguards.

Hmmm - is it in any position to signal the robots?

*CYBERHUMAN thinks for a moment*

Well it could signal to them using some form of audio communication, but its' out of the robots' range of vision to use body movements as signals.
