This thread is for all speculations about the nature of p-space and the pond and everything else connected with it.

The pond is a twist in space - it's where dimensions get truned around 90° into other dimesnions. At the centre is a vast cave with passages leading off into other places, times, and dimensions - some twist right back to the same plane, just a few miles or minutes away, others catapult you into parallel universes or far-off galaxies...

Do they catapult you into deep space so you die in a vacuum or do they send you to other plants then?

They always send you into water or the local equivalent. - and you go quite fast enough to reach the surface, I've found.

no, they're in pond-space. Think of it as the "idea pond" with all the others being "shadow ponds"

Ah! No-one told me it was a hyperthetical pond! If it's hyperthetical it ought to have in it so we have an endless supply!

They may alter depending on the person living in it. Like, if you've got a werewolf living in it, it may be scared with lots of woodworm etc... but if you've got a werechicken, it may be that...that...umm, what would a tree fit for a chicken be like?

OK, but arn't all cubes four dimensional? As in, they all have a length, width and height as well as a duration.
