It's Monday afternoon (well, at my place), Benji, and I don't like this particular one at all.

*helps herself to a c(_) of tea with whisky*

A sphere of pale light appears out of nowhere and coalesces into a non-spherical but slightly abstracted looking fellow. He gazes around, realising that he's heard about the party MUCH too late, even if it IS a long weekend in his corner of the planet. It doesn't even look like there's much tidying to help with!
He gazes around regretfully, noticing little but crumbs, the occassional stain, and the few empty glasses missed when the vortex was fed. A little deduction (and some cheating reading the backlog) shows that this must have been a great party... the bowls and glasses all hint of interesting possibilities. The slightly disheveled and rearranged furniture hints of even more interesting possibilities, but he wouldn't speculate further!
He strokes his short beard thoughtfully, wondering if there's any chance that that rather striking looking guardian angle who invited him will show up to do the last of the tidying -- he rather liked her from the brief glance he got.
He does a little straightening up, but his heart isn't in it. Deciding that he's just plain out of luck he places the small round package he brought on one of the low tables and dissipates with a sigh of regret...

*appears, surrounded by fading golden light, and wonders where the heck that came from...*
Hmmm, wonder who I just missed.
Oh, shoot. I missed the cleanup...

Well, it was a hell of a party. And, once again, I missed Zax Guess we're just on different schedules (or just in different timezones ).

God, my father can pull drinks out of holes too, if he remembers in which hole my mother has hidden them, and he *doesn't* collapse after just one drink, no matter how potent. I wanted to apply for sainthood - too bad I missed the ceremony, seems it had been great fun - but I am still waiting for some miracles to convince me!
