Okay, looks like a full scale invasion. Here's the thread they are working from: http://www.h2g2.com/F50309?thread=78188&skip=460&show=20 And here are another few attack threads: http://www.h2g2.com/F51650?thread=98211&post=820867 http://www.h2g2.com/F18905?thread=98406&post=818892 http://www.h2g2.com/F32574?thread=98414&post=818944 Phew. We're going to have to coordinate some action. I'll go talk to Volk and Liebe and get them to ready a force for taking back some of these cities. *heads towards the Atlantean camp*

Darn full scale invasion forces...erm, now might probably be a good time to just mention that STUMPED has a Death Ray aimed at Earth on Planet X. It's not completed yet, but we should keep that in mind for the time being.

Oh, please, let's not get into another one of those tiring discussions about America, they're counter productive, discourage Americans from posting, and usually just result in anger and tears from some party. Let's just forget, if that's at all possible, that statements like this have been made in the past. While I'll agree that the USA might be mostly comprised of not-too-bright-unhealthy people, let's focus on the good parts (such as zydeco and dixieland music). Besides, America comprises of two entire continents, so what's the point in saying "just American cities"? What part of America? North America or South America? Brazil or Cuba? Canada or Peru? USA or Chile? Argentina or...you get my point.
Anyway, I'll stop ranting now.
Erm, just so you know, UH, this isn't the type of death ray aimed at any one particular city. This is Tantalus Ray force, man. TANTALUS RAY! We're talking energy in the same field as what a Death Star can generate. It'll blow (at the very least) continent sized chunks off of the planet (and if we loose just one continent chunk, it'd probably be pretty unhealthy for the rest of the planet in general.) But like I said, it's still under construction, so we can focus on the invasion for a while. The ray's been here for months now without getting finished.

Yes, I spotted that ray on my spying travels, but given the distinct lack of interest in it I figured it was an obsolete project.
Death rays... I dunno... these villains not only have nattier dress-sense, they're also way better funded!

Hey affi - that was a gag! The whole world is for the taking - and those places east of Florida too!
That was also a gag. And some quite poor Geography... No offence, eh?
Inkwash. I'll tell you what we do: We get medieval on their asses! As I believe the saying goes.

Oh a TANTALUS ray! For a minute I was getting WORRIED, there... look, here I have the Tantalus ray plans including a workup of the sole weakness in it's structure.
"You see, if we get there while it's still under construction, we can enter a garbage chute -here- which leads straight to the main reactor core. Of course, it's only big enough for a one man fighter... Anyway, a single blast directed right into the garbage chute will set up a chain reactor which will blow the entire ray!"
"It's a dangerous mission. Amounting to suicide really. Now, don't crowd me all at once, get in a queue please!"

No, you see, disabling it isn't the problem. The problem is that STUMPED almost never operates without more than one plan going on. KL gets some kind of twisted humor of their being no possible way to totally win. It's kind of like the game that Ellimist and Crayak played all those eons ago. There's more than one way to win, but only one good way to win, and that way is practically impossible to notice. For instance, remember when he was gating his troops in from another dimension? He disguised that so that we thought it was a gathering of troops to invade the planet with. In the end, of course, it was all just an overly plotted operation to make us go through a trial. Granted we won that case, but it would've probably been better if we'd just left him alone that time.
Okay, this is getting fairly serious. We're outnumbered in most cases, and STUMPED takes control quickly. Don't make a post without doing some damage to their posts. I'm gonna see if I can contact any of the h2g2 police about this.
