Yes thanks, any help would be welcomed. It's really turning into a confusing night.

I'm concerned that we all get our tents up before it's too late (apart from guacamole, who's doing it the 'hard' way). We don't want anyone dieing of hypothermia...

That is a pretty solid tent. Just goes to show the advantages of friendly competition.
It seems you don't have to be a to put up a decent tent. It helps, though .

Well, I have a tent. And once you've put it together, there is allways one piece left over, that I have no idea where it goes. Its a different one every time as well !!!!!

All you need to do is stick it halfway in the ground somewhere, and it has some (somewhat anigmatic) purpose in the scheme.

What no-one seems to realise, possibly cos it's not as funny, isnthat manufacturers put spares in because they know that someone stupid will drop a screw, or a peg, or an outer lining, and not realise it. Just take your spare tent-peg, put it back in the bag, and worry no more.

Good idea
*Gets a spare pole and sticks it in the ground.*
